Recent renovations include a new Kindergarten wing, double gym, library, and expanded main office. The Waterloo District School Board replaced their outdated electricity-powered heating system with Yanmar's natural gas-powered Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) units with interior wall-mounted indoor units for both heating and cooling.

    Earls Fir Street Restaurant in Vancouver is a member of the Earls Restaurant Group, which was founded more than 30 years ago by a father and son team. This restaurant worked with Yanmar's dealer LSM Energy Solutions (Div. of Lee's Sheet Metal), to install a pair of Yanmar 12-ton natural gas-powered Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) outdoor units on the roof along with interior ducted round flow and wall-mounted indoor units for heating and cooling.

    The remodeled 5,200 square foot Adairsville City Hall building features a three bay utility collection area, City Council chamber area and 11 offices. YANMAR America installed a 16 RT, 3-pipe unit outside the building; accompanying indoor unit and accessory installations included 4 four-way ceiling cassettes, 10 ceiling duct types with matching duct work, 9 three-pipe selector boxes, 1 central controller, 1 remote monitoring adaptor and 3 communication adaptors.
